The challenge
Help people who have never banked online lose their fear of digital banking and learn to protect themselves from scams, in a warm tone and in short pieces that work on social media.
The solution
We used generative AI to produce an animated series starring Susy, an endearing character who learns along with the viewer. Each episode answers one concrete question: choosing how to bank, checking, transferring and paying with QR, protecting your data, spotting scams and knowing what to do if one happens.
The result
Thirteen videos —an intro and twelve episodes— published on the foundation's Instagram and YouTube channel and added to its financial education resources.
